im电竞 Limited (“im电竞”) Guarantee any Goods manufactured by themselves against defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase, providing that such Goods:

• Have been installed by a competent person in accordance with im电竞 installation instructions;
• Have been properly maintained and cleaned, e.g., using types of cleaners specified by im电竞;
• Have not been subject to misuse or damage;
• Have not been modified or repaired except by a person authorised in writing by im电竞

Subject to compliance with the terms outlined above, im电竞 undertake without charge to repair or replace, at its option, any Goods covered by this Guarantee.

This Guarantee does not cover, and im电竞 do not take responsibility for, other manufacturers’ items added to or installed within any of the Goods, or for any defect or damaged caused to the Goods by such items.

This Guarantee applies only within the United Kingdom and is subject to the limitations and exclusions set out in the accompanying im电竞 Terms and Conditions of Sale.

This Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
